Investor Data Strategies LLC dba CrowdMarketing is compensated by the issuer (Big Screen Entertainment Group) for publicizing the offering of the issuer’s securities. Payment is made in cash at $1,000 per month and 800,000 restricted shares. This agreement commenced July 19, 2023. Additional fees may have accrued since then.
